Building teams juggle complaints, work orders, service-charge billing, facility bookings and resident communication across paper and chat groups.

How we approached it

A staff app covering work orders and permits with QR verification, billing and accounting, facility bookings, visitors, packages, inspections and preventive maintenance, broadcasts, tickets, attendance, and emergency SOS.

Challenges we faced
Migrating live buildings without downtime
A two-way sync between the old and new databases keeps the apps running during the move. It includes a kill switch and careful handling of duplicate records.
Keeping each building's data separate
Database-level access rules ensure one building's staff can never see another building's data. Security reviews closed gaps between tenants.
Working offline
Changes made offline are queued, synced in order, and surfaced if they fail, instead of being lost.
