The problem
Handing your dog to a stranger takes trust, so the site had to answer owners' worries (safety, walk updates) before asking them to book.

Added a FAQ and blog, in English with a Japanese translation.

Challenges we faced
Trust before the booking button
Owners won't book until their worries are answered, so the page names the common problems (no time, overtime, not enough exercise) and answers each one: experienced walkers, photo reports and walk updates via LINE.
Booking that sets honest expectations
The booking form asks only for area, date and time, and the site is clear that walks are booked at least 24 hours ahead.
